Thank you for shopping on MidnightProm. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If your order does not completely meet your expectations, our team is ready to help. Please feel free to get in touch with us at your earliest convenience, so we can initiate the process for your return and refund.

Return Policies

If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with tags intact and attached, and will not affect the secondary sales. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Note that these are calendar days, so weekends are also considered. Therefore, it is in your best interest to contact our customer service department as soon as possible to process your return.

Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a refund.

Once you receive an item that you think is defective, damaged, or wrongfully shipped, please take images of the original package. This will help us fast-track the processing of your return or refund.

When you ship your return to us, please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. We are not liable for returned goods that are wrongfully shipped, damaged, or lost during shipping.

Shipping Charges are processed through a third-party collaboration platform. We kindly request your understanding that both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee are non-refundable. Additionally, please be aware of third-party payment platform fees. The transaction fees incurred through PayPal payments will be refunded to the customer's original account during a refund. However, transaction fees generated from credit card payments will not be refunded; customers are responsible for these fees.

When returning goods, we will charge a 15% restocking fee for Dresses. To keep prices low for our customers and help reduce environmental waste, most MidnightProm products are made-to-order. As a result, we cannot accommodate 'Buy-many-keep-one' purchases. Any restocking fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend reviewing our 'Sizing Guide' and 'Measurement Guide' before buying to avoid these fees.

Return Process

1.
Please submit a return request to customer service through the "Contact Us" page within 7 days of receiving your order. Please attach a description of the reason for the return and photos.

After customer service approves your return request, we will provide a return address. Please send the returned item to the address we provide via your local courier company or post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return address. Please keep the tracking number safe. Returns without prior approval from customer service will not be accepted. Returns to the address shown on the package will not be accepted.

All returned items will be inspected. After confirming the item has the problem you described, we will process a refund. Refunds typically take 10-15 business days to arrive, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Return Deadline: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.

Process: 1. Contact customer service, describe the problem, and provide photos of the problem.

2. Receive a reasonable return solution.

3. Ship the dress to the designated address.

4. Receive a refund.

Cost: The specific refund amount depends on the circumstances and may be partial or full. (The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For example, if the shipping cost is $30, the customer will need to pay.)

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Conditions: 1. Returns will not be accepted if, as mentioned above, the product cannot be resold after receipt.

2. Returns will not be accepted if the customer selected the wrong size or color, resulting in an ill-fitting condition or personal preference issue.

3. If the size or color issue is due to a factory-related problem, we will issue a partial or full refund.

Please note: Returns and refunds require prior approval from our customer service representative to obtain a new return address. Please do not return items without notifying us. If you return an item without informing us or using a different address without our confirmation, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will not be held liable.
